I have a 2024 Jetta and I would never trust any Volkswagen dealer in a 20 mile radius due to their greed, lack of professionalism, lack of honesty. I've never had a bad experience with KLM, very respectful, knowledgeable and welcoming individuals who work hard. And with clear communication will due their best to accommodate your needs. If you haven't already please give them a shot, and save your money from the greedy giants happy customer here. Thank you guys again and many blessings

My car was having issues and my best friend referred me to KLM. The staff was quick and even emailed me estimates and needed approval from me to even touch my car. Plus the part that they replaced came with warranty from them. Luis and Edwin have top tier customer service hands down.

Very happy with the work KLM did on my car, especially fixing a chip in my windshield. Service was quick, the people were friendly and communicative, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely be coming back!
